Abstract Preparation Guidelines
When submitting an abstract, please complete all required fields on the submission screen, including presentation format, name of the presenting (first) author, co-authors, institutional affiliations, contact e-mail address, title, and abstract text.
〇Registration of Presenters and Affiliations
- The first author must be the presenting author.
- Maximum number of authors: 10 (including the first author).
- Maximum number of affiliations: 10 (including the first author's affiliation).
- Authors may list multiple affiliations.
〇Character Limits
- Title: 20 words or less
- Abstract: 350 words or less
- Alphabetic characters and numbers, including spaces, must be entered in half-width form.
- Abstracts exceeding these limits cannot be submitted.
- Tags such as <SUP> are not counted toward the character limit.
〇Creating the Abstract Text
It is recommended to prepare the abstract in advance on your own computer (plain text format) and paste it into the abstract text field. Figures and tables cannot be inserted.
〇Input Notes
- Half-width katakana (including < and >), circled numbers, external characters (Roman numerals), and other machine-dependent characters cannot be used.
- Submitted abstracts will not be proofread. The abstract booklet will be created exactly as submitted, so please check carefully for typographical errors.
- Please ensure that the abstract is written in the following order:【Objective】,【Methods】, 【Results】,and【Discussion】.
〇Access to the Abstract Submission Page
- Please proceed to the abstract submission page via the “New Registration / Confirmation & Modification” button.
- A new account registration is required when submitting for the first time.
You will be asked to create your own Login ID and Password during registration.
- Upon completing account registration and abstract submission, an automatic confirmation e-mail will be sent to the e-mail address you registered in the system (G-system).
- If you do not receive a confirmation e-mail within one day, please contact the Secretariat (jsprs-kiso2026@zenith-j.co.jp) to verify whether your registration was completed.
- Please keep a record of your Login ID, Password, and the Abstract Submission Number issued after completing your submission.
- Please enter your e-mail address accurately.
- Do not use mobile phone e-mail addresses, as delivery errors may occur.
- Please check your spam folder, as messages may be filtered.
〇Confirmation, Revision, and Withdrawal of Submitted Abstracts
- Abstracts may be revised any number of times during the submission period.
- Your login ID and password are required to make revisions.
- Saving and submitting: Use the "Temporary Save" button at the bottom of the submission screen to save your input. To submit, click "Submit," review your information on the next screen, and click "Confirm Submission."
- You can review the proof of your abstract (as it will appear in the abstract booklet) via My Page > Abstracts > Abstract List.
- To withdraw an abstract, please contact the Secretariat (jsprs-kiso2026@zenith-j.co.jp).
